Servings: 1 serving
- 1/4 cup Chia seeds
- 1 cup Organic Almond Milk
- handful nuts/ fruits, seasoning like cinnamon, vanilla extract
Mix the chia seeds almond milk, fruits, nuts and place in the refridgerator for 30 minutes, the seeds will absorb 4 times their volume of the almond milk. Then sprikle with cinnamon and serve. Experiment with the more or less seeds to get the consistency you like.
