The current medical system only treat the symptoms with a toxic poison or mold without looking at the cause of the problem. Prescribing antibiotics for non life threatening purposes is stupid and dangerous, it can cause cancers, leaky gut, over active immune system ( body attacking itself ). yeast infections, allergies.
What we have to do. Everything that lowers your immune system is bad, everything that increases our immune system is good for us. Lets get common sense back in our world. Our body’s default state is health.
This is the reason why I wanted to write about all natural home remedies I want to bring common sense back in America. The healthcare system is drugging people to death and they only treat the symptoms, Pain is a signal that something is wrong, don’t drug it, fix the problem. Hence the explosion of the opioid crisis, this didn’t just happen!
Ear infusions can be treated without the use of a toxic mold that destroys your health and increases the risk of cancer and antibiotic resistance which can be deadly. It doesn’t make sense! Get your nervous system checked and corrected by a chiropractor, get on a plant based diet, get sufficient rest, prayer and meditation, and healthy enzymes and your body will heal from any decease, now we are dealing with antibiotic resistant bacteria. This didn’t just happen!
Medical Care is the number 3 cause of death is medical care it averages around 300.000 deaths a year and most people don’t know that. Although the CDC doesn’t specifically mention it, they put it under the Other category, this is insanity. We have to start trusting our own bodies that it is able to heal itself.

A fever is an intelligent response by the body for an infection, inflammation is a healing process, your body’s immune system is doubled by every 1 degree your temperature rises.
What you want to do is to cut a onion in half place the cut side of the onion on the arch of your feet and put socks on. What this does is drawing the fever and toxins out of your body. Don’t reduce a fever with a toxic chemical, we want the fever to go naturally, drink plenty of liquids. Fever is a healing process its the only way your body can produce antibodies naturally so it can protect it from the virus. Fevers also kills cancer cells.

This one is very simple, place your hands in front of your eyes, make it as dark as possible open your eyes and focus as much as possible in your hands do this for about 10 seconds.
3. Home remedy for headache
If it is a sinus headache place one hand in on your forehead and your other hand on the back of your head and apply pressure on it as much as you can. Drink plenty of water 50% of your body weight in ounces, the other thing you can do is make a spinach cucumber, pineapple smoothy, these have natural anti inflammatory enzymes that will cure your sinus headache and reduce inflammation in your sinuses.
Avoid Dairy products, this will clog up your mucus membranes thus making the problem worse.
4. Home Remedy for constipation
Drink 18 ounces of hot water, as hot as you can stand and drink as fast as you can, pushing your stomach against the count, this will also heal your gut. Eat plenty of soluble fiber, which protects your gastrointestinal tract.
5. Home remedy for insomnia
Turn off the TV Smartphone or any screen, the blue light interferes with melatonin production. When you feel restless and cannot sleep, drink a cup of Chamomile tea before bed. You could also rub some lavender essential oil on the bottom of your feet.

Good: Good healthy all natural products that won’t harm you. These can all be bought over the counter, or you might already have them in your house without even knowing.
13. Home remedy for healthy teeth and gums and heal receding gums
Do this before you go to bed.
Take one tablespoon or a little more of water. Toss in a pinch of Himalayan pink salt. Rinse your mouth with this.
Take a teaspoon of Raw unfiltered organic coconut oil and squish it around for 15-20 minutes.
Take half a teaspoon of turmeric powder and a equal amount of water.
Gently apply this with your finger on gums and teeth in circular motion.
Wait for one minute and rinse of with fresh water.
Take a probiotic capsule, separate it and rub it on your gums, you can swallow it afterwards. This will help restore your natural flora in your mouth and the good bacteria can fight the bad bacteria. This is the most important step.

Apple Cider Vinegar is a powerful product that everyone should have in the house and highly underestimated which is sad. It has tons of beneficial properties for health and around the house.

We are here on this planet to thrive and glorify Him. Not to suffer and be sick and be stressed all the time. All deceases are curable and treatable. Physical, Chemical, and Emotional stressors.
We have to go to Chiropractor and get our nervous system checked, all these stressors all respond the same way to our body get good deep sleep, have at least 1 bowl movement a day, and prayer and meditation and exercise, this is how we get our health back.
